Complete Solutions: See Your Equipment BEFORE Construction

We take full responsibility for ensuring that your industrial wash system meets all of the relevant codes and regulations.

We know that every company and location is different. You have different needs and unique challenges, and you need equipment that work for your company and facility. For these reasons, we’ve found that the design phase is crucial for success.

We assist with architectural drawings and anything required for permitting before we even move on to the actual construction work. Our in-house design and fabrication teams can design, build, and install your specialized equipment.

The Design Phase

Over time we have created component files for every single pump, every piece of pipe, and every system, so the customer not only sees the cost for the equipment, but they can also see what it’s going to look like. We use 3D CAD Design software, Solid Works, for visual confirmation so that when we get on the ground for construction, we’re ready to go.

It all begins with a design. Here’s how we navigate the fabrication process:

  1. We assess your needs and start with a quote.

We start with an assessment of your needs and goals. As your partner, we guarantee professional fabricated equipment at a cost that will protect your bottom-line while also accommodating your timeline and environmental needs.

  1. We custom design your wash equipment.

After we determine the needs and flow of the processes for a business, we get to work creating detailed models, assemblies, and drawings of your equipment using SolidWorks. These drawings will show the equipment layout, the construction details and even electrical and plumbing specifications. The timeline for our work during this phase depends on the size of the project, but an average project requires 2-4 weeks of design.

  1. We construct your custom designed equipment.

We take pride in the finished project. Every time a project comes to life from sketch to construction, it is rewarding to our team.

Evans Equipment & Environmental has designed hundreds of wash and wastewater equipment across the United States. No matter what the need is, we can create a custom design for it. Contact us at 1-800-377-5872 to partner with us for your next project!
